IT Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our team in Rheinfelden, Switzerland.

The successful candidate will lead qualification and validation activities of computerized systems throughout their lifecycle, conduct periodic reviews on the qualification status of these systems, and oversee IT Change Control for all OnPremise and Cloud systems.

This role involves performing supplier qualifications, supporting the optimization of IT and business processes within both GxP and non-GxP areas, creating and conducting CSV related trainings, and assisting with the implementation of GxP and non-GxP systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead qualification and validation activities of computerized systems
  • Conduct periodic reviews on the qualification status of computerized systems
  • Oversee IT Change Control for all OnPremise and Cloud systems
  • Perform supplier qualifications
  • Support optimization of IT and business processes
  • Create and conduct CSV related trainings
  • Assist with implementation of GxP and non-GxP systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or life sciences with CSV experience in Pharma
  • More than 5 years of work experience in CSV
  • Experience in GMP, GAMP5, CFR21 Part 11
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), fluent in German (written and spoken) is expected
  • Pro-active work style with good communication skills
  • Excellent team player capabilities
