We are seeking an experienced technology enthusiast who speaks German fluently and is eager to work with the world's leading tech company.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine customers' needs and provide tailored solutions, including sales
  • Support customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions, and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with placing orders and related issues
  • Answer customers' inquiries, troubleshoot or escalate technical issues, and assist with account-related problems
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on efficiently handling frequently asked questions
  • Transform every customer interaction into a positive experience
  • Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services is an asset
  • Strong research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • An empathetic nature with excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
