Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits and entitlements, including leave types, education grants, and rental subsidies.
- Provide guidance to support staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle contentious or complex cases related to employee benefits and entitlements.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and functional resilience.
Qualifications:
- First-level university degree in human resources management, law, public or business administration, or related field.
- Certification in people analytics.
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in human resources management, administration, or a related field, of which at least three in an international organization.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of French (written and spoken).
What We Offer:
- Annual salary: Total annual salary consists of a net annual salary and a post adjustment multiplier (cost of living allowance).
