We're seeking an exceptional Sales Representative for our Western Switzerland region to join our Sales team based in Glattbrugg or Aigle, Switzerland. This role will play a crucial part in driving business growth and developing strategic accounts within the region.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Independent, Lifestyle, Sporting Goods and Outdoor Account channel's strategic accounts for the assigned categories of business in Western Switzerland. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, Switzerland and Italy, to develop sales strategies and ensure that our strong brand equity is maintained.

About Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies by account, working closely with the Sales Manager to achieve mutually agreed upon annual sales targets.
  • Manage the sell-in process, adhering to account proposals to maximize full price selling and margin.
  • Achieve top-line results and drive maximum channel profitability through effective product assortment and inventory management.
  • Provide detailed sales analysis that accurately reflects demand in the marketplace, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Launch new seasons effectively, ensuring stores look great and store staff are engaged through comprehensive training programs.
  • Maintain account plans aligned to deliver and support brand sales directions and merchandising strategies.

About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative who can bring their expertise and passion for outdoor apparel to our team. You should have:

2-3 years' sales/marketing account management experience, ideally in the outdoor apparel industry.Insight and commercial acumen, combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.A proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.Familiarity with French and English languages, with proficiency in one or both.Availability to spend up to 25% of time on the road in Switzerland.
