About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Global Talent Management Specialist to drive the implementation of rewards and performance processes across Richemont. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to partner and support their daily operations on compensation, benefits, mobility, and performance topics.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in rewards or a closely related area, with robust experience in SAP HR & Compensation Systems. They will also possess strong project management skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously and handle complexity and ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies aligned with the Maison's and the Richemont Group's strategies
- Support Markets and entities on salary reviews and other compensation processes (bonus, long-term incentives)
- Foster partnerships with Markets to provide guidance on rewards-related matters tailored to business priorities and local realities
- Provide benchmarking and analysis related to internal and external trends and competitive positioning
- Implement rewards communication strategies in collaboration with the Group and Markets
- Lead ad-hoc rewards-related projects (e.g., commission schemes, Equal Pay Initiative) and accompany implementation with Markets
- Assess benefits competitiveness and develop best practices with the Group and Markets
- Drive and support performance review processes with key stakeholders (talent, learning, and development)
- Provide insights and data to inform optimal decisions related to compensation and staff cost processes

- Develop and execute international assignee mobility strategies and practices in collaboration with Group HR

Your Skills and Qualifications:

- University Master's Degree-level education or equivalent
- 8+ years' experience in rewards or a closely related area
- Robust experience in SAP HR & Compensation Systems
- Experience with KPIs (creation and use of metrics)
- Experience in Employee Cost Management / Budgeting
- Strong project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity
