Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Partnership Communication Specialist to join our Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Division. In this role, you will work closely with our high-value partnerships teams, due diligence team, content team, and teams in the Programme Group, regional and country offices to develop and implement effective communication strategies for our global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication plans to increase visibility and awareness of UNICEF's private sector partnerships
• Provide strategic direction on communication and visibility linked to global high-value partnerships
• Ensure effective profiling of partners through UNICEF external global channels
• Develop and support implementation of communication activities for partnerships
• Monitor and manage reputational risk associated with partner engagement
• Create, maintain, and update organizational policies to guide global communication around UNICEF's partnership and engagement with the private sector

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Management, or another relevant technical field
• Minimum five years of experience working in the field of communication, partnership management, or marketing
• Experience in developing and implementing communication and risk mitigation strategies
• Familiarity with the work of UNICEF National Committees and experience working in the UN/UNICEF Country Office, Regional Office, or other UNICEF Divisions
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of another UN language is an asset
