Fabrication Engineer for Superconducting Parametric Amplifier Technology Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Engineer to join our research team at the CMi (Center of Micro- and Nanotechnology) at EPFL. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing existing fabrication processes and developing new recipes for superconducting devices.
Responsibilities- Optimize fabrication processes at the CMi to improve device performance
- Develop and optimize recipes for next-generation superconducting devices
- Collaborate with research teams to advance quantum device development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with nanofabrication techniques and processes
- Proficiency in cleanroom protocols and equipment operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to develop and optimize fabrication recipes for superconducting devices
