About This Role

We are seeking a talented Technical Architect to join our pre-sales organization. The successful candidate will have experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, and architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.

The Salesforce Technical Architect will cover sophisticated technical topics within the sales cycle, helping IT organizations understand how our platform fits and integrates into their existing architecture landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the sales cycle, covering the technical architecture
  2. Explain the benefits of our Customer 360 platform to IT and technical partners
  3. Understand and assess the technical customer requirements and potential solutions
  4. Advise CIO/CTO/CXO level contacts, their departments, and IT teams as they look to move their business to a cloud architecture
  5. Maintain a basic legal understanding of European Data Protection legislation which concerns us and our customers.
  6. Establish a close relationship to customer technical collaborators and act as a trusted advisor
  7. Respond to RFPs
  8. Participate in Proof of Concepts and Hackathons
  9. Coach and mentor fellow pre-sales colleagues, including pre-sales architects and solution engineers
  10. Be a leader with vision on specific technology topics
  11. Drive innovation projects with impact (POCs, MVPs)
