Leading the Team

Brand Representation

  • Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming store environment
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
  • Educate the team on merchandising principles

Store Management

  • Monitor financial procedures and analyze sales results
  • Facilitate efficient communication within the hierarchy

Store Organization

  • Ensure proper maintenance of the store, stockroom and materials

The ideal candidate will possess strong drive and initiative, as well as prior experience in PR and marketing activities. Fluency in German and English is required, with other languages being an advantage.
