Head of Digital Ethics and Compliance

Job Summary
Takeda is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Digital Ethics and Compliance team in the EUCAN region. As the Head of Digital Ethics and Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our digital initiatives align with our high ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Digital Ethics and Compliance team, ensuring that our digital activities are aligned with our company's values and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance Excellence: Foster a culture of compliance excellence within the team, ensuring that our digital practices are continuously reviewed and enhanced to meet regulatory requirements and our company's high ethical standards.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement clear, achievable KPIs to measure the team's performance and drive operational excellence.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership to ensure that digital ethics and compliance initiatives are pursued with a unified vision and purpose.
- Innovation and Risk Management: Champion the continuous improvement of digital ethics and compliance practices and processes, and lead a forward-thinking approach to risk management.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Law, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in a related field, with a strong background in performance management and compliance.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards success. Proven expertise in data protection and privacy laws, and experience in AI governance.
