About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Digital Ethics and Compliance to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our digital initiatives align with our high ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our Digital Ethics and Compliance team, ensuring that our digital activities are conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
  • Compliance Excellence: Foster a culture of compliance excellence within our organization, ensuring that our digital practices meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to ensure that our Digital Ethics and Compliance team is meeting its objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital initiatives are aligned with business objectives and are conducted in a responsible and compliant manner.
  • Innovation and Risk Management: Champion the development of innovative solutions to ensure that our digital practices are forward-thinking and proactive in managing risk.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Law, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards success. Proven expertise in data protection and privacy laws, and experience in AI governance.
