About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Risk Management and Compliance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are conducted in a manner that is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the business.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that our compliance program is effective in preventing and detecting non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters and ensure that they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a compliant work environment.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends to ensure that our compliance program is effective.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
