Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategy. As Head of ALM, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive ALM strategy that aligns with our business objectives and risk appetite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust ALM framework that incorporates market risk, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk;
- Design and implement innovative investment strategies to maximize treasury income;
- Enhance forecasting tools for regulatory ratios and ensure compliance with relevant regulations;
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices to inform ALM strategy adjustments;
- Manage liquidity ratios within the risk framework and regulatory requirements;
- Supervise day-to-day treasury operations, including cash and derivatives management;
- Optimize the banking book from a return on risk-weighted assets perspective;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Management (or equivalent qualification);
- At least 10 years of experience in ALM within the financial industry;
- Fluent in English and French;
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework related to ALM;
- Strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
