The Talent Manager Role

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end selection process, from initial calls to final interviews, ensuring seamless onboarding of new consultants.

  • You will manage the consultant's professional development, providing tailored training and certification programs.
  • You will facilitate effective communication among candidates, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • You will optimize talent matching by evaluating candidate profiles against available positions.
  • You will conduct performance evaluations and develop growth strategies for employees.
  • You will work closely with the Barcelona team to address their requirements and provide necessary support.
  • You will align human resources strategies with business objectives, driving operational excellence.
  • You will handle miscellaneous tasks supporting the organization's operations.

A strong mindset, rather than formal qualifications or extensive experience, will be the key to success in this position.
