GROUP EMPLOYER BRANDING MANAGER

Richemont owns some of the world's leading luxury goods Maisons, with particular strengths in jewelry, watches, fashion and accessories. We are looking for a strong & skilled collaborator to be our corporate & HR voice to reveal the magic of working at Richemont. As Group Employer Branding Manager, you will enhance Richemont as an Employer of Choice and promote our inbound talent attraction strategy.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As an integral member of the Group Talent team, based in Geneva, you will be responsible for setting the Richemont Employer Branding strategy and deployment globally.

You will report to the Group Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Director and collaborate closely with the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition leads across the Maisons and markets, the Group Internal Communication team, the Group Corporate Communication team and the whole HR community across the organization. In particular you will:

  1. Ensure Richemont is positioned as the employer of choice globally
  2. Define and drive the Richemont Employer Branding strategy worldwide
  3. Provide employer branding expertise and insights for strategic projects across the organization
  4. Develop, supervise and execute the Social Media Strategy for the Group as an Employer
  5. Animate and share best practices with the Employer Branding community fueling exchanges across Maisons and Regions
  6. Develop and update employer branding guidelines and toolkits to ensure brand consistency and customize storytelling based on talent attraction needs
  7. Drive the external communication strategy of our main communication channels for talent attraction (e.g. careers website, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc)
  8. Continuously benchmark and analyze employer branding trends externally
  9. Create and manage global media vendors and campaigns
  10. Provide reports to monitor our Group's employer reputation and attractiveness globally

In addition, you will support our strategic university/educational partnerships (mainly on early careers and university relations) by owning the relationship with targeted institutions. You will report on global university relations and recruitment analytics to determine effectiveness of current and future strategy.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You have a background in Employer Branding, Marketing, Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition. You have excellent communication skills and ease with digital tools, especially Adobe Suite. You are fluent in English, second language is a plus.

  4. Innovator - Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills, not afraid of exploring new paths and new operating models
  5. Digital savvy – you are familiar with EB tools and platforms and aware of the new digital innovations & trends
  6. Focused on quality - Pay attention to details to convey the level of quality we expect in our organization and to attract external talents
