Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Maintaining an Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27.001:2022 standards.
- Supporting the implementation of means of compliance to current and future EASA regulatory standards applied in the Air Traffic Control industry.
- Proposing continuous improvement measures to increase efficiency.
- Advocating a horizontal Safety culture among the team through ongoing coaching, training, and promotion of internal quality processes and safety culture.
- Performing Quality Assurance to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Realizing Internal audit ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Expertise in software development processes in safety-critical environments.
- A high analytical capacity and adaptability.
- Rigorous and service-oriented work style.
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry and/or Air Traffic Control domain.
- Familiarity with standards such as ED-153, ED-109, DO-178, DO 254.
- High resistance to stress and flexibility.
- Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
