We are seeking an experienced Global Transformation Program Manager to lead our digital transformation programs and align stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Define program scope, goals, and outcomes in line with business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Lead cross-functional teams and analyze customer feedback to enhance processes and experiences.
- Map and optimize processes together with the team using digital solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth change management.
- Monitor program performance against KPIs and address challenges.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in digital transformation, preferably in a global function.
- Proven success in leading, growing, and motivating people in global programs.
- Certified in Project Management, Agile – Scrum, Lean Management.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
