Job Description:
We are seeking a Financial Transformation Catalyst to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial transformation and working effectively as an influencer and coach within our network.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for managing core finance processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Swiss or German statutory requirements. Your expertise in SAP FI, CO, or MM is essential, along with your ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Variable accounting tasks based on individual team needs
- Assist in preparing monthly reporting for Roche companies
- Prepare analytical reports
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support controlling tasks and individual accounting projects
Requirements:
- Proven finance capabilities, including IFRS and Swiss or German statutory knowledge
- Solid understanding of finance processes and systems
- SAP FI, CO, or MM knowledge or equivalent experience
- Financial degree (Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management, Federal Diploma of Higher Education, or equivalent)
- Collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
- Ability to navigate complex challenges
- Demonstrated passion for financial transformation and catalyzing change
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of CHF 80,000 - CHF 120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Based in Basel, Switzerland, this full-time position comes with a workload of 100% and flexible remote work options.
