Sales and Revenue Generation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in EMEA, covering Western Europe. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Achieve personal and company revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and up-selling/cross-selling to existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with assigned clients, increasing adoption and footprint, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full life cycle of sales, from lead generation to opportunity ownership and closure, always focusing on moving the opportunity forward.
- Deal Proposals: Develop structured multi-year deal proposals that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Account Planning: Build and maintain Account Plans for top-tier accounts, managing the strategy and direction of allocated accounts.
- Product Alignment: Work with Product and Sales Specialists to ensure that TT's product suite meets client requirements, suggesting solutions/workarounds for any functionality gaps.
- Market Intelligence: Gather meaningful product feedback from the client base and identify industry trends to help push our product forward.
- Experience: Prior experience in new business sales is required, particularly in negotiating Enterprise and Multiyear deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the Futures, Fixed Income, and FX markets is essential.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required, with German, Spanish, or Italian being highly desirable.
- Technology: Good understanding of technology, including trading applications, is beneficial.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience is necessary.
- Compelling Products: A suite of innovative products, with plans for significant development in 2025 and beyond.
- Mature Core Offering: An established and respected brand identity, with a well-known and trusted product offering.

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
