Revenue Forecasting and Analytics Lead

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

  • Revenue Forecasting

This involves developing, refining, and managing a comprehensive revenue forecasting process for wholesale operations. The key objectives are to ensure accurate, timely, tailored, and actionable forecasts.

  • Collaborate with finance, buying, planning, supply chain, sales, and sales operations teams to align revenue forecasts with operational plans.
  • Implement and manage advanced tools and systems to match supply with demand, utilizing predictive analytics for precise revenue forecasting.
  • Lead a team of 3 experienced forecasting analysts.
  • Present forecast updates to senior leadership, providing clear insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Analytics Lead

This role focuses on driving change and bringing the best analytic vision by leveraging expertise in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, MicroStrategy, Dataiku, and data lakes.

  • Maintain high proficiency in manipulating large volumes of data into final end-user reports, including revenue forecasts, customer delivery forecasts, and exceptional management views.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and operational alignment by implementing best practices, new technologies, and process improvements.
  • Evaluate emerging tools, techniques, and technologies that can deliver enhanced revenue forecasting, on-time customer deliveries, and operational/user efficiency.

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications and experience are required:

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue forecasting/financial analysis.
  • Proven ability to coordinate operational functions and forecast management across multiple countries and a large customer base.
  • Track record of working with Dataiku, data lakes, and MicroStrategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies and trends in data analytics to drive improvements.
  • People management experience, preferably in FMCG, luxury, or retail industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
