Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Food & Beverage Director, der unsere F&B-Operationen strategisch leiten und unsere Gäste mit innovativen Konzepten begeistern kann.

Aufgaben
  • Strategische Planung und Organisation unserer F&B-Outlets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungsleitenden
  • Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung unserer F&B-Systeme und Prozesse
  • Überwachung und Optimierung administrativer Aufgaben, wie Menü- und Speisekartengestaltung, Bestellungen, Preisfindung, Konzeptentwicklung und Auswertungen
  • Verantwortung der Kommunikation zwischen den einzelnen Abteilungen
  • Durchführung detaillierter Analysen zur Optimierung von Effizienz und Umsatz, sowie Durchführung entsprechender Maßnahmen
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Rekrutierung, Schulung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Implementierung der Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Übernahme der Rolle als Manager on Duty, mit voller Verantwortung
Ihr Profil
  • Fundierte Ausbildung oder Studium in der Gastronomiebranche oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Leidenschaftliche Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicheres und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
  • Kreative Gestaltung innovativer Konzepte, die sowohl Gäste als auch das Team begeistern
  • Motivation des Teams durch ein positives und engagiertes Auftreten
  • Ständige Optimierung und Verbesserung von Abläufen durch Lernbereitschaft
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von neuen Konzepten zur Qualitätssteigerung
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, idealerweise ergänzt durch Italienisch
