We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a Host/Hostess. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Become the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them and ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Upsell and promote our various restaurants and bars to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Support the service team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Assist the operational team during peak periods or special events as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
