About the Role

Fischer Personal is seeking a seasoned Brand Manager to drive growth and lead innovation in our gum portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and analytical professional to join our team and contribute to the success of iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Comprehensive Brand Strategies: Create and execute long-term brand strategies that align with business objectives, driving growth and exceeding category expectations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research in collaboration with our Center of Excellence, analyzing opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Portfolio Health Management: Ensure our gum offers are aligned with consumer needs and profitability expectations, responsible for portfolio health (Core + NPD).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Regional Marketing, and Group Marketing teams to create successful launches that address consumer needs and are aligned with brand strategy.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop, plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, in-store) to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Marketing Activation Programs: Work closely with promo and media agencies to produce impactful marketing activation programs and materials.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Performance Measurement: Analyze sales data, market share, and consumer feedback to measure brand performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Innovation Leadership: Lead innovation initiatives to develop new products or improve existing products based on consumer insights and market trends.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, trade marketing) and external partners (media, creative, and research agencies).
  • Performance Reporting: Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior management and key stakeholders at local and regional levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Media Planning: Proficiency in media planning (traditional media, digital marketing, including social).
  • Language: Fluency in English, German as mother tongue or at least a C2-level is mandatory.
