As an essential member of our team, you will contribute to a productive and well-organised working environment that both our employees and our clients appreciate. Your open nature will make customers feel comfortable, and your organisational talent will ensure that our stocks are always up to date and that we are in contact with our suppliers.

Your tasks will include planning and organising events, preparing meeting rooms, and making reservations. You will also be responsible for managing our office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

We are looking for someone with experience in organising retreats or events and who thrives in these activities. As a big plus, you speak Swiss German, but this is not a selection criterion if not.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strengths, take on multiple responsibilities, and grow not only with the company but also within your role.
