Job Title: R&D Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized R&D Project Administrator to support our Research and Development Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a regular supply of laboratory consumables by optimizing purchases and inventory management to minimize costs and avoid shortages.
  • Update product databases, analyze needs based on laboratory activities, and manage logistics by overseeing deliveries and maintaining strong supplier relationships for a smooth supply chain.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to optimize procurement processes and address potential issues, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the digitalization of tools and processes to enhance efficiency, traceability, and facilitate order management.
  • Work closely with laboratories to anticipate their needs and ensure they have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  • Foster strong partnerships and maintain open communication to respond effectively to changing requirements and drive overall cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the practical aspects of working in laboratories and research offices.
  • Proficiency in French and a very good level of English, knowledge of German is an asset.
  • Problem-solving mindset, focused on practical solutions, proactivity, attention to detail, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and a strong customer orientation.
  • Commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and a deep understanding of self as the role is within a very dynamic environment with many stakeholders.
  • Digital savviness and a high motivation to contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal work processes and communication tools.
