Job Title: Admissions and Events Manager at D-MTEC
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Admissions and Events Manager to join our team at D-MTEC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading student recruitment efforts, managing events, and promoting the MAS programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment: Participate in recruitment fairs, information sessions, and outreach activities to lead student recruitment efforts.
- Event Management: Plan and execute internal recruitment events, graduation ceremonies, and MAS+ events, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure successful execution.
- Promotion and Visibility: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies to enhance the visibility and awareness of the MAS programme, and create engaging content for social media platforms.
- MAS+ Workshop Series Management: Manage the scheduling, promotion, and evaluation of the MAS+ workshop lecture series, and liaise with faculty and guest speakers.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, event management, and/or marketing.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences, excellent organizational and project management abilities, and proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, German would be an asset.
