Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Gi Group SA. This is a unique opportunity to work with a luxury fashion brand in St Moritz, Switzerland.

About the Role:

  • As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of items to sales associates and participating in store maintenance and stockkeeping.
  • You will provide updates to sales associates on order status and delivery arrangements.
  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining client records and updating inventory levels will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will identify any discrepancies and report them to your supervisor promptly.
  • You will support sales associates in managing store stock to optimize sales performance.
  • You will participate in loss prevention procedures to maintain inventory integrity.
  • You will deliver exceptional customer service by supporting sales teams with client correspondence via email, phone calls, or letters.
  • You will develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance sales quality.

Requirements:

  • You should have experience in stock and warehouse management for luxury brands.
  • You should be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • You should be fluent in English, German, and Italian (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus.
  • You should possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to manage stress effectively and be flexible and adaptable.
  • You should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • You should be immediately available.
