Customer Experience Associate

At Batgroup, we're revolutionizing the cleaning industry with a mission to become the global leader in home well-being. Our innovative portfolio of direct service, recruitment, and fiduciary management brands is dominating the Swiss housecleaning segment with over 4,000 dedicated cleaning staff and 200 skilled office-based colleagues. We're committed to ensuring fair participation in vital systems like taxation and social fees, and our contractual agreements provide comprehensive insurance coverage for our customers.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of cleaning services and coordinating between our cleaners and customers. Your key responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, managing existing ones, and ensuring correct information is captured in our systems to enable the successful planning, execution, and billing of cleaning services.
Requirements for this role include fluency in French and English, with German being a plus. You'll need to be able to handle complaints and be solution-oriented, with excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills. Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are essential, as is the ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
