Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking exceptional graduates with a 360-degree perspective to join our highly selective 18-month global trainee program. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and build a network of contacts and mentors throughout the organization.
As a 360 Global Trainee, you will work closely with a senior EF executive who will guide you throughout the program. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including proposing new ideas, collaborating on global marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to launch new products. Your contributions will be valued and recognized, and you will have the opportunity to take on real responsibility and implement interesting projects.
The role is designed for individuals who possess a sharp combination of quantitative and qualitative skills, and who are able to collaborate with teams and lead projects. If you are a born leader who is not afraid to work with others, and who has a flexible personality and an innovative approach to problem-solving, then this role may be for you.
Key requirements include a higher academic business degree from a top university, fluency in English, and international work and/or study experience. A European passport holder and proper work authorization for Europe are also required. We are looking for individuals who are entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about international education.
