Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Recruitment Consultant to join our team at We Recruit.
This role involves developing and growing our HR & Talent Acquisition business across Switzerland through business development and client acquisition.
You will be responsible for placing profiles including Head of HR, HRBP, HR Managers, Payroll Managers & Experts, Talent Acquisition Managers and Experts plus Internal Recruiters and more.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow the HR & Talent Acquisition business across Switzerland.
- Source and place top talent in various roles.
- Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism.
- Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client.
- Proactively build talent pipelines as well as work on mandate searches and active requirements.
- Use creativity and passion to build your personal brand and elevate ours through content and best practice sharing.
- You have a proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant within the Swiss market.
- Your German is fluent and your command of English is professional.
- You are self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy, matched by a sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- You are proficient in sourcing, direct searching, and building professional networks.
- You possess excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- You have a good sense of humor, are passionate for recruitment and are flexible, open and honest.
