Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We Recruit is seeking a skilled and passionate 360 Recruitment Consultant to drive business growth and support leading recruitment companies and HR departments in Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of professional contacts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and growing the HR & Talent Acquisition business across Switzerland through business development and client acquisition.
  • Placing profiles including Head of HR, HRBP, HR Managers, Payroll Managers & Experts, Talent Acquisition Managers and Experts, and Internal Recruiters.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and driving new client acquisitions.
  • Becoming a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism.
  • Headhunting, recruiting, networking, and attracting candidates to make the best match for clients.
  • Proactively building talent pipelines and working on mandate searches and active requirements.
  • Using creativity and passion to build your personal brand and elevate ours through content and best practice sharing.

Requirements include:

  • A proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant within the Swiss market.
  • Fluent German and professional English language skills.
  • Self-motivation, autonomy, sales-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, direct searching, and building professional networks.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • A good sense of humor, passion for recruitment, and flexibility, openness, and honesty.
