Test Administration Coordinator

We are a company that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. As an Exam Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the setup and maintenance of examination halls to ensure a seamless examination experience
- Coordinate and supervise invigilators to maintain the integrity of the examination process
- Instruct and assist candidates throughout the examination
- Make official announcements and ensure accurate timekeeping during examinations
- Run various types of exams, including paper-based, computer-based, and speaking exams
- Manage unexpected situations with poise and professionalism
Requirements:
- Availability: Minimum 50% of exam days per quarter (approximately 20-30 days per quarter)
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English at C1 level (certification required)
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in multiple locations across Switzerland, with possible assignments in other regions
- Ongoing or completed apprenticeship, Matura, Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT user skills
- Commitment: A minimum commitment of two years is desired
- Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor, reliability, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to remain composed under pressure
