Prise en charge des activités de développement des ventes pour notre portefeuille de produits dans le domaine des prothèses de hanche et de genou (Joint Replacement) sur l’ensemble de la Suisse.

Vente active de nos produits d’endoprothèses et développement des clients existants ainsi que prospection de nouveaux clients dans les hôpitaux et cliniques.

Opportunité unique de façonner durablement le paysage orthopédique grâce à l’utilisation de notre technologie robotique (Mako Smart Robotics) en collaboration avec l’équipe Mako Robotics, tout en gagnant des parts de marché.

Conseil et formation du personnel médical et soignant à l’utilisation des produits en salle d’opération, ainsi que dans le cadre d’ateliers et de tests produits.

Mise en œuvre de stratégies ciblées de vente et de marketing, ainsi que négociations avec la gestion des blocs opératoires, les chefs de service, les administrations hospitalières et les départements d’achats.

Élaboration de commandes clients basées sur leurs besoins, suivi des commandes et garantie des livraisons en temps voulu pour maximiser la satisfaction client.

Participation à des salons, congrès et réunions d’affaires pour acquérir de nouveaux clients potentiels et renforcer les relations avec les clients existants.

Votre profil : Nécessaire :

Diplôme en ingénierie biomédicale, gestion de la santé, gestion d’entreprise (BWL) ou une formation en tant qu’assistant technique en chirurgie (OTA) ou dans d’autres domaines techniques / médicaux.

Expérience de plusieurs années dans la vente de prothèses orthopédiques, avec une bonne connaissance du travail au bloc opératoire et une aisance dans les interactions avec les décideurs.

Passion pour la vente de produits exigeants et expérience dans la création de relations clients à long terme, la génération de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et l’augmentation des revenus.

Esprit d’entreprise prononcé, combiné à une planification stratégique et une approche orientée solutions.

Présence assurée avec des compétences en présentation et la capacité à convaincre différents groupes cibles.

Titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide.

Maîtrise de l’allemand à un niveau de négociation ainsi qu’une très bonne connaissance du français.

Atout :

Une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout.

Les déplacements professionnels avec votre véhicule de fonction peuvent représenter jusqu’à 80 % de votre temps, y compris des nuits d’hôtel occasionnelles.

Selon l’organisation de votre semaine de travail, vous serez le reste du temps en télétravail.
