Your role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team to:

  1. develop the visual style and interface of digital products based on user stories and design best practices.
  2. plan and facilitate ideation workshops along the design process to align the product-vision with the product owner and get all needed requirements of the product: e.g., journey mapping, design sprints, storyboarding or other design thinking methods.
  3. understand client needs and create actionable insights and personas enabled by user/client research and advocate for a user-centric design approach.
  4. build, test, and refine prototypes and conduct a design direction for products, services or journeys including prior wireframing.
  5. create specifications for developers and review the implementation.
  6. work closely with cross-functional agile team members to improve digital products and journeys iteratively and continuously based on all phases of the design process.

Your team

You will be working in the newly formed Fund Administration crew in Zurich whose primary focus is to design the state of the art Fund Admin platform from the ground up.

Your expertise

  1. bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  2. ideally 5+ years of experience as a UX designer or interaction designer, with a demonstrated ability to lead design projects from conception to execution.
  3. a strong portfolio showcasing a range of complex UX design projects and the processes behind them is a must.
  4. experience working with a global multi-disciplinary team of professionals, product owners, architects & technical leads throughout the design process.
  5. skilled in navigating diverse perspectives and integrating various viewpoints into cohesive design solutions.
  6. ability to tailor methods to suit complex project requirements and stakeholder needs.
