About Pallon

At Pallon, we are building smart software to automatically report defects in sewer inspection videos and consult cities when to fix them. With more accurate and objective data, we help to prevent wastewater leaks, reduce CO2 emissions, and avoid urban flooding. Our mission is to make cities more sustainable and resilient.


Your Role

We're a fast growing company and the problems you will face are often challenging and diverse.


Some of the tasks you'll be working on are:


  1. General office management
  2. Handling ePost and mail
  3. Finance administration assistance, including customer invoicing and monthly account reconciliation
  4. Adding invoices to our payment system
  5. Processing invoices for payment
  6. Equipment management

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in Google Sheets
  2. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  3. Accounts payable/receivable experience
  4. Excellent written and verbal English communication and advanced German language skills
  5. Located in or near Zürich

The following are not required for you to apply, however, they do add extra value:

  1. Experience with Xero
  2. Experience with Customer Invoicing
