Job Title: Global Compensation and Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that takes into account the company's global presence and diverse workforce.
  • Governance and Transformation: Navigate the transformation from a monobrand to a multibrand governance model, balancing synergies and autonomy across different brands and business units.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Establish a common compensation and benefits base for all brands, develop and implement living-wage policies, and oversee the development and maturation of C&B policies for all brands.
  • Incentive Plans: Simplify and enhance the Corporate Incentive Plan, integrate Sales Incentive Plans for retail operations, and design new compensation matrices and job grading systems using the Mercer methodology.
  • Matrix Design and Job Grading: Develop and implement compensation matrices on a global scale, leveraging strong analytical skills to ensure data-driven decisions and strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with country, regional, and global leadership teams, engage with peers, and present and discuss compensation and benefits strategies with the Remuneration Committee and Board Members.
  • Community Engagement and Influence: Foster a strong C&B community across all brands and business units, promote collaboration and shared learning, and act as a pedagogical leader providing training and development to enhance C&B competencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a multi-brand, global organization.
  • Strong understanding of different business models and their impact on compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage transformation and change, with a focus on governance and policy development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse teams and regions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and related IT systems.
  • Capacity to design new matrices and job grading systems using Mercer methodology.
  • Ability to design compensation matrices on a global scale.
