La divisione Direct, Digital & Customer Care è un importante canale di vendita per Zürich Svizzera e garantisce ai nostri clienti la migliore protezione in ogni situazione attraverso consulenze e soluzioni di vendita telefoniche e digitali. In qualità di Customer Experience Advisor, contatterai i nostri clienti in italiano e tedesco, li ringrazierai per la loro fedeltà e li fai sentire in buone mani con te.

Le tue responsabilità

  • Svolgerai diverse attività di outbound per ispirare i nostri clienti in questo processo.
  • Consiglierai i nostri clienti esistenti in modo apprezzabile, amplierai il loro portafoglio con la nostra gamma di prodotti attraverso il cross-selling e l'upselling, anche dando seguito alle offerte.
  • Fisserai appuntamenti per i nostri consulenti alla clientela.
  • Determinerai la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti, lavorerai per migliorare continuamente il servizio e la qualità dei dati e contribuerai alla gestione della fidelizzazione e del recupero.
  • Se necessario, supporterai l'intero reparto Direct, Digital & Customer Care, svolgerai lavori variegati in diversi team e prenderai in carico le chiamate in entrata.

Le tue qualifiche

  • Formazione commerciale o di vendita completata con successo e disponibilità a completare con successo il programma di formazione VBV (intermediario assicurativo).
  • Preferibilmente esperienza iniziale nel settore assicurativo.
  • Forte personalità di vendita con ambizione ed eccellenti capacità di comunicazione.
  • Elevato orientamento al servizio e consapevolezza della qualità.
  • Italiano a livello di madrelingua e ottima conoscenza del tedesco.

La sede di lavoro: Zurigo, Oerlikon.

Lavoro ibrido: fino a 40%.
