Position Overview: Global Third-Party Key Account Manager

Brief Summary

The Global Third-Party Key Account Manager is tasked with the vital role of developing and maintaining robust partnerships with external entities to advance the company's Third-Party strategy and goals. This position emphasizes the importance of fostering strong connections with organizations, negotiating beneficial agreements, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

This role reports directly to the Head of Global Third Party Relations and is based at the ADAMA Headquarters or the European Headquarters. Consideration for commuting from other European locations may be assessed on an individual basis.

Core Responsibilities

  • Management and Leadership of Negotiations: Identify and assess potential third-party collaborators to address business needs related to gaps in ADAMA's offerings or the sales of ADAMA products. Facilitate internal discussions to establish roles and responsibilities, define approaches to engage third parties, and negotiate agreements that secure advantageous terms.
  • Excellence in Relationship Management: Build and sustain positive, professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison for all communications and conflict resolution between the company and its third-party partners. Provide internal guidance on the evolution of these relationships over time.
  • Compliance with Contracts: Ensure that all third-party agreements are meticulously drafted, reviewed, and executed in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any conflicts, disputes, or issues that may arise during partnerships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Communication and Alignment: Regularly update management and key areas within both central functions and regions regarding project statuses and significant developments.
  • Adherence to Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure that all interactions with third parties comply with the company's policies, procedures, ethical standards, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment, requiring a solid understanding of various disciplines.
  • Familiarity with the global regulatory landscape and rules applicable to crop protection.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
