Key Responsibilities- Process and reconcile vendor statements in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and follow-up on accounts payable aging reports to ensure prompt payment
- Manage credit card and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Monitor bank transactions and identify any discrepancies or irregularities
- Support cost controlling and margin analysis initiatives
- Prepare documents for external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist with ad-hoc inquiries and projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting positions, preferably in a multinational environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with experience in SAGE300 and/or Oracle NetSuite a plus
- Fluent in English, with German a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on and team-oriented approach
