Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Rosetrust AG. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing expert financial support to our clients and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts for our clients, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare and file VAT returns, as well as manage payments and refunds.
  • Develop and evaluate investment portfolio statements.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Liaise with auditors and prepare for and attend audits.
  • Administer bank accounts, payments, and financings.
  • Complete and file tax returns, and review tax returns prepared by third parties.
  • Deal with payroll and related filings and reportings.

Requirements:

  • Swiss qualified accountant with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience.
  • Several years' experience working for an international fiduciary company with global contacts.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German, with other languages an advantage.
  • Expertise in managing Swiss and foreign companies, including incorporation, general management, and liquidation.
  • Good working knowledge of Swiss and international VAT, as well as other Swiss tax matters for companies and individuals.
  • Experience with payroll administration and anti-money laundering compliance.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Infoniqa.
