Job Summary

As a Trainee Accountant, you will play a key role in our Accounting Team, supporting the preparation and distribution of customer account statements, taking care of accounts payable and accounts receivable inquiries, and assisting with other ad-hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking of purchase invoices
• Issuing and posting of sales invoices
• Taking care of accounts payable and accounts receivable related inquiries from external and internal stakeholders
• Preparation and distribution of customer account statements
• Supporting the accounting team in other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• First experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable or willingness to gain one
• Completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training in finance and accounting
• Affinity for IT, strong skills in MS Office programs (especially Excel), and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) would be a plus
• Enthusiastic and motivated team player
• Reliable with attention to details and solution-oriented
• Highly dedicated to learn and acquire new skills
• Eager to be part of a dynamic and international environment
• Fluent English (C1-Level); German and other languages are always welcome
