Job Description

This is a temporary project assignment for a Financial Services Specialist - Fund Management, requiring an individual with expertise in fund management and consulting. The selected candidate will work on the migration of an investment funds portfolio to a new legal entity, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with all stakeholders.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive project plan and overseeing the migration process to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  • Coordinating client outreach and communication with management companies, sponsors, and other external stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with Asset Management and service providers to ensure the integration of the fund setup and interfaces;
  • Implementing investor restriction settings as required by the new fund setup and managing the transfer of fund units to the new structure.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • A university degree in Banking or Finance;
  • Extensive experience as a Consultant within financial services, preferably in the area of fund management;
  • In-depth understanding of fund setup, investor restrictions, fund units, fund processing, and client-facing services;
  • Experience managing complex and client-sensitive projects;
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate across various internal and external stakeholders;
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new processes and challenges;
  • Fluent English skills are required; German would be a plus.
