Overview


We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team and contribute to the success of our clients.



About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering required documents and information, verifying client identities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also work closely with other teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.



Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and identify trends to improve processes and reduce risk;
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth;


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably within an account opening or client data change management position;
  • Proven analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal partners at differing levels of product or process experience;
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities;
  • Excellent English language written and verbal skills essential (and German skills a distinct advantage);
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.

Salary


$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
