Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting Requirements:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including actuals profit and loss, balance sheet, and one stream requirements.
  • Provide meaningful financial information and analysis to FP&A Manager and local management team as required.

Inventory Management:

  • Evaluate inventory and update standard costing.

Forecast and Actual Preparation:

  • Support elaboration of financial forecast and actual.
  • Review with FP&A Manager and submit timely to meet corporate finance deadlines.

Sales Statistic Reporting:

  • Prepare sales statistic reporting for three different business units.

Audit Support:

  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Anually review SOX narratives.

Strategic Plan and Budget Creation:

  • Support creating strategic plan and annual budget.
  • Coordinate and elaborate with various stakeholders.

Presentation Preparation:

  • Prepare presentations, such as budget, forecast, and flash reports.

IC Activities Coordination:

  • Coordinate IC activities on a monthly and early period basis.

Profitability Analysis:

  • Establish profitability analysis and provide strategic financial advice to FP&A and Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accounting/Controlling or Finance degree, with +5 years' experience in similar roles ideally in pharma industry.
  • Expertise on G/L, BS, but also good analytical skills to understand numbers.
  • Understanding manufacturing cost accounting is a must.
