Accounting Specialist

50-60% | per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Deine Aufgaben
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Unterstützung im Bereich Hauptbuchhaltung, Debitoren- und Kreditoren- sowie Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung im Gemeinkosten- und Projektcontrolling – Deine Analysen helfen uns, noch besser zu werden
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Monats-Reportings – Deine Insights sind gefragt
  • Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit in abwechslungsreichen Kleinprojekten
  • Unterstützung im monatlichen Fakturierungsprozess
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Stammdaten, Konditionen und Projekte
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten

Du arbeitest in unseren modernen Büroräumlichkeiten in Rotkreuz (ZG) und hast die Möglichkeit, flexibel im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung Sachbearbeitung Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen und/oder in der Buchhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Hauptbuchführung sowie in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Affinität für IT-Tools: Du bist fit in M365, Power-BI und SAP
  • Eine exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, die es Dir ermöglicht, auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick zu behalten
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke – gemeinsam erreichen wir Grosses
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
