**Your Role**:
As a Client Manager Fiduciary Expert, you'll take on a pivotal role, managing a diverse portfolio of Swiss companies engaged in international business. Your expertise will help shape the financial strategies of our clients, ensuring compliance and fostering growth across borders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mandate Management**: Independently oversee mandates for Swiss companies with global business operations.
- **Client Advisory**: Offer expert guidance in finance, accounting, tax, corporate structuring, and international tax law, in collaboration with external tax specialists.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare annual financial statements adhering to Swiss and international accounting standards (IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER).
- **Payroll Administration**: Manage payroll, social insurance affiliations, and handle annual and source tax declarations.
- **Tax Compliance**: Prepare CIT and VAT tax returns, addressing tax issues with the support of external experts.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and internal guidelines, particularly for international transactions.
- **Project Management**: Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary projects, often working with global teams and partners.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of fiduciary specialists.
- **Networking**: Build and sustain relationships with international business partners, banks, and regulatory authorities.

**Job requirements**:
**Your Profile**:

- **Education**: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, ideally complemented by a certified fiduciary expert qualification.
- **Experience**: Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector, with a strong track record in managing international mandates.
- **Expertise**: Deep knowledge of Swiss tax law, accounting standards, and international tax law.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**: Strong analytical skills, high service orientation, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership qualities.
