vertX IQ AG was founded in 2021 and is based in Zug. The company provides a SaaS platform that is used by institutional investors. The platform is primarily aimed at pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and other institutional investors and supports them in strategic and operational decision-making processes.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with expertise in Swiss pension funds to drive the development of our SaaS product. You will manage product strategy, develop AI-powered tools and provide solutions that enhance pension fund decision-making processes in taking into consideration their liabilities and their asset allocation strategy. You will additionally also be the domain expert for our clients and their subject matter related inquiries. You will be interacting directly with the CEO, CIO, trustee board and other management and team members of pension funds.
Aufgaben- Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with pension fund needs and regulations.
- Develop tools for controlling, monitoring, and benchmarking pension fund performance.
- Integrate P&L, balance sheet, and ALM (Asset Liability Management)
- features into the platform.
- Implement AI-driven functionalities to improve data insights, automate reporting, and enhance predictive modeling.
- Engage with pension fund stakeholders to gather insights and validate product features.
- Leverage your expertise in the Swiss pension fund industry to drive product adoption and market relevance.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and advisory teams to launch new features and products.
- 4-6 years of experience in investment management, controlling, or ALM within Swiss pension funds or pension fund consulting company
- Strong understanding of pension fund P&L, balance sheets, and governance.
- Expertise in benchmarking, investment analysis, and financial reporting.
- You demonstrate technological savviness, quickly adapting to new tools, software, and data-driven environments.
- Fluent in German (mandatory) and English.
