About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Senior Financial Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also evaluate inventory and update standard costing to optimize profitability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Evaluate inventory and update standard costing to optimize profitability.
  • Support the preparation of financial forecasts and actuals, reviewing with the FP&A Manager and submitting timely to meet Corporate Finance deadlines.
  • Prepare sales statistic reports for three business units to inform business decisions.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements, including annual review of SOX narratives.
  • Create strategic plans and annual budgets, coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Develop presentations on budget, forecast, and flash to communicate key findings.
  • Coordinate IC activities, including COGS evaluation and updates, true-up process review, cut-off date, and transfer price.

Requirements:
  • Accounting or finance degree, +5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the pharma industry, with experience in financial consolidation.
  • Expertise in G/L, BS, with good analytical skills to understand numbers, understanding manufacturing cost accounting is a must.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a proven track record for preparing complex analysis and financial reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Power BI & Power Query), and ERP systems (JDE).
  • Organizational skills, prioritizing work to meet timetables and deadlines is crucial.
  • Positive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Fluent in English; fluent in any other language is a plus.
