Sustainability Leader for Perfume Division

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perfume Sustainability Manager to join our Environment and Regulatory Affairs team within the Perfume Division at Bulgari. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's environmental performance and compliance, as well as stimulating, implementing, and monitoring the environmental strategy that promotes sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainability policies and practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with international environmental legislative frameworks.
  • Oversee, measure, analyze, and report on the company's sustainability performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Define strategies for achieving sustainability objectives, anticipating trends, and identifying best tools and systems for monitoring performance and action planning.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and initiatives, ensuring compliance with international environmental legislative frameworks.
  • Gather and analyze consumer expectations and competitive trends to provide expert advice on sustainability and identify new responsible practices for integration into the organization's strategy.
  • Manage the environmental strategy budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Drive change within the organization by informing employees about the sustainability strategy and objectives, inspiring them to be committed to the organization's approach.
  • Produce educational or informative resources for internal staff, business partners, and the public, highlighting the organization's sustainability efforts and commitment.
  • Collaborate with communication teams to present the organization's sustainability efforts and commitment in a clear and positive manner, highlighting progress towards a more sustainable transition.
  • Support the client information service to answer questions about the organization's creations and policies (ingredients, packaging, environmental concerns, sustainability strategy, etc.).

Requirements

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree or higher diploma related to sustainable development.
  • Proven in-depth experience in sustainable development, with a strong understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Project leader and results-driven professional, confident and charismatic, with the ability to manage change and inspire people.
  • Recognized for initiative, attention to detail, and methodical approach, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Business-minded, with the ability to work agilely within commercial constraints and in an international environment.
  • Good communicator, fluent in French and English, with proficiency in any other language an asset.
