About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Transformation Leader to join our Operations team at Officine Panerai. As a Data Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and evolution of our data architecture and ecosystem of tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Transformation Efforts: Own the data product roadmap for Operations, defining the vision and priorities for data initiatives.
  • Represent the Brand: Represent Officine Panerai within the Group Data community, being the single point of contact for data projects.
  • Drive Data Architecture: Lead the Operations data transformation journey, including the migration to a new data architecture and ecosystem of tools.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure data quality and accessibility.
  • Champion Data-Driven Culture: Champion a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and animating the internal data analyst community.
  • Develop Data Governance Policies: Develop and maintain data governance policies and standards.
  • Maintain Reporting Solutions: Maintain existing stack of reporting and data-driven solutions to optimize Supply Chain and Operations processes.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Master degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven previous experience of at least 10 years in data management and data transformation.
  • Change Management: Experience with change management methodologies and a demonstrable track record of successfully leading organizational change.
  • Data Architecture: Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data governance principles.
  • Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence: Experience working with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
  • Google Cloud Ecosystem and Power BI: Previous experience with Google Cloud ecosystem and Power BI.
  • Supply Chain Environment: Experience working in a Supply Chain environment is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Fluent French, advanced English, Italian is a plus.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Influence Skills: Strong influence skills with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Autonomy and Results-Driven: Autonomous, results-driven, rigorous and proactive.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in changing and evolving contexts.
